| + | If you switch to another item right after using a custom item you won't get the custom item effect. This is an exiled bug and they can't really fix it. |

| + | _Getting stuck in the Wall in the Bathroom:_ |

| + | On a specific seed that the map generates on, if you go to the Women's side of the Bathroom and run into the wall where there's nothing (or something a glitching light), you will get stuck there because VT 00 glitched with it. This is a basegame issue. |

| + | _Not Able To Attempt To Reload With Custom Weapon With Higher Ammo Than Basegame:_ |

| + | You are not able to attempt to reload ammo of a gun if it currently has more ammo in its mag than basegame version (ex: Machine Gun with 125/150 ammo in it). You can only reload it once it gets below 100. This is unfixable in the current state of the game. |
