Bug Reports
If you see a bug happen in game please report it in the bug reports channel. QA will then review bug reports and try to reproduce the bug. The bug will be labeled as either confirmed bug, unable to reproduce, or fixed.
Exploiting bugs can get you banned. Please don't intentionally recreate bugs.
Bug Report Format
If possible get a recording of the bug! It will help us reproduce the bug.
Please follow the below format when creating a bug report.
Title:
This is what you will name the bug report post. Please name it something descriptive.
Description:
Please describe what the bug is and what happens.
Steps To Reproduce:
Please list the steps required in order to reproduce the bug.
Expected Outcome:
Please explain how the thing is actually suppose to work.
Proof:
Please post preferably video proof though sometimes screenshots work. This will help us reproduce the bug.
Known Bugs

These are bugs that we already know about but aren't able to fix in a quick manner ussually due to how the bug works.
Skelly Double body/able to attack while disguised glitch:
I have confirmed that this is a base game bug and have reported it to northwood. It is currently out of my hands.
Custom Items No Effect Bug When Switching Items Fast:
If you switch to another item right after using a custom item you won't get the custom item effect. This is an exiled bug and they can't really fix it.
Late Spawn Sometimes Gives Status Effect Screen Effect:
It is a basegame issue that we are unable to fix.
Using something that gives movement boost or another effect will override (get rid of) any effect of that same type:
This isnt a simple fix because this is how effects behave but we will try to work on a system to fix this.
Getting stuck in the Wall in the Bathroom:
On a specific seed that the map generates on, if you go to the Women's side of the Bathroom and run into the wall where there's nothing (or something a glitching light), you will get stuck there because VT 00 glitched with it. This is a basegame issue.
Not Able To Attempt To Reload With Custom Weapon With Higher Ammo Than Basegame:
You are not able to attempt to reload ammo of a gun if it currently has more ammo in its mag than basegame version (ex: Machine Gun with 125/150 ammo in it). You can only reload it once it gets below 100. This is unfixable in the current state of the game.
