He has dark tendrils exuding from him at all times that he can focus into blinding all around him. Sometimes it seems like there is a dark force over this Class D. This Class D was a cultist who performed sacrifices in the name of 'The Sovereign', which happens to be the exact same deity that the **[[Eldritch Guard|Plugin List/Custom Classes/Facility Guards/Eldritch Guard]]** worships.
