This Class D named Reyes has had a shadowy presence ever since he was experimented on by the Experimenter that left him radiating a dark energy. He has dark tendrils exuding from him at all times that he can focus into blinding all around him. Sometimes it seems like there is a dark force over this Class D. This Class D was a cultist who performed sacrifices in the name of 'the Sovereign', which happens to be the exact same deity that the Eldritch Guard worships.
