A Commander of the Nine-Tailed-Fox named Vladathan (prefers the short form of his name Johnny) that has trained with Heavy Duty items who is an expert at taking gun battles and mowing down enemies. This Commander trained under the Detachment Commander and was once a MTF Private. With enough training they rose through the ranks to eventually become a Commander along side his mentor. He is also the older brother of the Kevlar Unit Chog. He has an adopted daughter named Chloe.
