Chaos Insurgents
Chaos Insurgents are soldiers from many third-world countries and defectors of the SCPF and GOC, and are trained to be ruthless murderers who kill on sight and steal anomalous objects or entities from SCPF and GOC custody, with some members of the Insurgency being anomalies themselves.
All Chaos Insurgents spawn with a Chaos Insurgency Access Device.
